The Study Group undertook a Survey of a Vacant Property, with the intention of doing a “whole house” Rating, and identifying all the hazards that existed, rating them, deciding on a course of action, which Notices would be served, and what works would be required.
This page, and the pages that open off it, give the background, the surveys, and ratings, and so on, and the resulting Notice.
