The Group ‘s first step was to carry out some case studies, so we began to get a feel for the Rating Process.

These are below as .pdf files ... you will need Acrobat Reader to view them. We provide them as we hope that they will give some guidance as to the process, and as a group of experienced officers we discussed the cases, the factors that we took into account, and the results, and feel that these will provide a  good reference source.
